TCpave Sandwash, also known as exposed aggregate or sandstone, is a type of decorative concrete flooring that involves exposing the aggregates (stones, sand, and gravel) within the concrete mix by grinding, sanding, or blasting away the top layer of cement paste.

To create TCpave sandwash floor, the concrete is first poured and allowed to set. Once it has hardened, the top layer of cement paste is removed using a combination of mechanical and chemical techniques to reveal the underlying aggregates. The exposed surface is then polished to give it a smooth and shiny finish.

Sandwash flooring is popular for both interior and exterior applications, such as driveways, patios, pool decks, and commercial flooring. It is known for its durability, low maintenance requirements, slip resistance, and aesthetic appeal. The exposed aggregates in the concrete mix provide a unique texture and colour that can be customized to match the design preferences of the homeowner or commercial property owner.
